This afternoon I stepped out on the back porch and was greeted by:
- Very mild temperatures
- Warm, bright sunlight
- Two attention-hungry kitties
- Tiny little crocus stems
All within 12 inches of where I sat. I stayed out there for a few minutes, snuggling my kitties. When I returned back into the house, I was greeted by a very quietly alert baby.
Heaven.

It has been beautiful outside, which always makes me feel at peace- then to add a newborn to that serenity... ahhh! You are indeed correct with it being "heaven".
